Dr. Watson came to us with his brother Mr. Holmes . He weighs in at 76lbs and was born June, 1994. He is know as a 'wide body' Greyhound. He is thicker than usual through his waist. I've heard they call Greys like this "wide bodies". Dr. Watson is one of the most amazing Greys I have ever had the pleasure to know. He had a broken shoulder which was fixed with a steel pin. He cannot walk on this leg. When he gets exited, he bounces on both his front legs. He has a spinal disease that forces him to walk with his back legs wide apart so he can keep his balance. Dr. Watson succumbed to old age and a spinal desease on March 12, 2007. We miss him.
