Rocky's update .
Rocky had surgery to remove the bad teeth on April 15, 2004. He is doing well because of the greyt work by the North Ogden Animal Hospital (NOAH). Dr. Decker did the work. We thank her and her caring staff. Now the recovery begins. The bill for Rocky is currently at $675. If anyone would like to donate towards helping us please call us at (801)737-4289. Because of all he has gone through, we have extended his name to 'Rocky Road'.
04/24/2004 - Rocky is feeling better every day. He is even chattering. Amazing since he has only 1/3 of his teeth. He wags his tail allot. He's starting to learn to play with the rest of our Greys but tires easily. He has gained a couple pounds but needs more.
05/04/2004 - Rocky is still gaining needed weight. He has attached himself to Sher but that is not unusual. All Greys love her. He is increasing affectionate.
05/12/2004 - Rocky 's Road just got rockier. A week ago we had a biopsy done on the lump on the side of his head. We got the results today. Cancer (hemangiopericytoma). The vet says he has a very poor chance if we do nothing. He'll have a 50/50 chance if we have them remove it. This is a hard decision but we have decided to have it removed. Pray for him.
I'm not really sad. It gets me treats. Aunt Sher, when you coming out?

04/28/04 - Rocky runs with Fairfax and is having a greyt time. He's still getting used to eating with very few teeth but he is eating. More pics to come.
