Miss Cindy Lou Chandler lost her battle with complications from a somewhat rare intestinal disease,Lymphangiectasia, on March 29, 2006. To make matters worse, she had a herniated disc at the base of her neck and heart disease on both sides of her heart. She was 'My Little Fireball'. She came to us from a family who could no longer care for her and her sister ClaraBelle. She would have been 11 years old on June 25, 2006. We only had her in our home for a short time but fell head over heals in love with her. Her big round eyes and her ability to get into mischief reminded us of a Pixie. Another ability she had was to carry on a conversation with us, especially when she disagreed about how many treats she should be entitled to. We miss her greytly. She will always be in our hearts. Cindy, A.K.A Tv Cindy Bowen, is a 60 lb female born 25 June 1995. She needs a home. As you can see she holds her own in a tug'a'war with Ginger who is 6 years younger. We just found out that she had 12 bad teeth that had to come out and that she has an intestinal protein problem. We won't know how bad for awhile. Other than that she is very healthy and is recooperating very nicely. Her bill cost the rescue about $460 so get out there and get some donations coming in. A pic of her teeth is below.
